More Than Food.
It's Our Culture.
“సంప్రదాయ రుచి... మన ఇంటి వంట...”

“We cook for our guests with the exact same purity and devotion that our mothers and grandmothers put into meals for our own families.”
— The Kitchen Promise of Mana Telugu Inti RuchuluThe Heart of Every Telugu Home
Every Telugu home revolves around the kitchen — a sacred haven filled with the crackle of mustard seeds in hot ghee, the aroma of roasting dried red chillies, and the rhythmic, comforting sound of the stone mortar (రోలు - రోకలి).
Rooted in Purity & Heritage
Mana Telugu Inti Ruchulu was born out of a deep reverence for these timeless traditions. We wanted to preserve the culinary heritage of Andhra, Rayalaseema, and Telangana — where every spice is ground fresh daily, without artificial colors, preservatives, or shortcuts.
Zero artificial colors or commercial powders
Traditional clay handis & heavy brassware
Authentic aromatic dining experience
The Pillars of Telugu Cooking
Stone-Ground Spices
No commercial packaged powders. Our turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala are stone-pounded in-house to capture natural essential oils.
Earthen Pots & Brassware
Our fish pulusu, mutton gravies, and dals are simmered in clay handis and heavy brass vessels that allow flavors to mellow deeply over slow heat.
Fresh Banana Leaf Dining
Eating on fresh plantain leaves is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that imparts delicate polyphenol antioxidants and heavenly natural fragrance to piping hot rice.
